Barista

 

A positive and energetic individual that is passionate about creating a tailored experience for each customer.

Leading the front for skill and drinks production. Constantly practising and fine-tuning all areas of hot drink quality whilst taking pride in every drink they produce.

Barista Job Duties:

Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.

Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions confidently.

Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.

Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, Americano, caffe latte, cappuccino and flat white.

Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.

Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.

Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks.

Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Clears and cleans tables in a timely fashion (Under two minutes).

Ensures bar area is clean and tidy at all times.

Regularly checks food displays and improves aesthetics where possible.

Checks production levels to ensure sales are maximised.

store Manager

 

we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Store Manager to join the fastest growing BRAND NEW coffee shop in the high street.

The Role…

As the Store Manager the store is yours. With strong branding and service excellence at the heart of our offering there is still plenty of room for your personality to shine. Understanding what it takes to make every customer feel special and welcomed will be second nature.

With customer service excellence a given, the rest comes down to great store management. You will be accessible, passionate and driven. Commercial awareness is key to any business success, constantly looking for ways to improve service, merchandising and ultimately sales.

Responsibilities

– Completion of all due diligence paperwork

– Scheduling rota’s

– Stock control

– Recruitment, development and retaining of positive staff.

– Sales and stats recording and reporting

– Control of all store aspects and ensuring all staff instilled with Triple Two’s beliefs and aims.

– Monitoring of store cleanliness

– Ensuring operating standards are upheld at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year

Experience:

Management: 1 year

Kitchen Assistant

 

A positive and energetic individual that is fast, efficient and pro-active.

Constantly practising and fine tuning all areas of food production whilst taking pride in every item they produce at a fast pace.

Follows recipe guidelines accurately and produces food at the required standard.

Is food safety aware or certificated to ensure safe production

Able to work in a busy faced paced environment supplying multiple sites with high quality goods

Able to work unsociable hours shift patterns are 5:00 till 13:00.

Generates revenues by attracting customers with presentation and quality.

Maintains inventories by stock and preparing all necessary products to fit with company timelines and schedules

Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Basic requirements include knife skills, high quality and speed output.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks.

Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Ensures kitchen area is clean and tidy at all times.

Regularly checks food displays and improves aesthetics where possible.

Checks production levels to ensure sales are maximised.

Reliability is a must working within a small team working in the early hours to ensure delivery of all produce is made by 8am ready for all stores to be supplied.
